Baggy Skin Info Page

How can I get the baggy skin on my eyelids to go away?
Okay, so on my eyelids, i have really baggy skin. Like where I would shut my eyes and you would see a roll of baggy looking skin. I've had this for a couple hours, so dont say 'thats how you were born with it' cuz i wasnt. haha i just noticed this like.. 4, 5 hours ago. and its Not under my eyes, where that would be eye cirlces, but on my eyeLIDS I really dont know what to do, maybe tea bags??? idk, I dont want to look bad for school tomorrow, and gross... haha. Any help with excess/baggy skin on upper eyelids?
It's not too bad but it does bother me. My eyes are starting to look hooded. Are there any laser skin tightners for upper eyelids. I really do not want surgery....any non surgical proceduers?
