Okay so when i smile i get big bits of skin pushed up to my eyes, i think its called baggy eyes ?anyhow i dont like it at all and want to know how to stop this .. all my friends have smooth surface around their eyes Except me

I'm sick of my puffy/baggy eyes! Help?
I'm only 13, but I ALWAYS have huge lines bags under my eyes, no makeup can cover them I get about 8 10 hours sleep a night, which is enough and I'm not tired often.Ive tried splashing my face with freezing cold water when I wake up, cucumber slices, massaging, facial scrubs, makeup, face masks, extremely early nights and other things, but NOTHING works It ruins all of my face Does moisturizer work? Please help..

I'm 14 and I have baggy eyes...umm ever since 6th grade.I've been wearing glasses to try and hide it.I'm going for contacts now but I have these really baggy eyes.I get enough sleep,heredity thing..my parents doesn't have baggy eyes.Should I take some type or vitamins or is there any remedies ? What are those night mask things called that have gel built into the eye parts? Their the same as the ones that you wear to go to sleep in, but these ones have gel in the eye parts as well. You stick them in the fridge and take them out at night and then the cool gel parts are supposed to keep your eyes from puffing up.And are there any cheap gels or creams or whatever that you rub into your bags to reduce the bags and puffiness?
